UrCove By HYATT Guangzhou Canton Tower Exhibition Center — Hotel in Guangzhou City

Upon entry we were greeted by friendly staff and there is also a lovely lobby with a coffee shop. We were upgraded for free & the room felt very luxurious. Neat, clean & beautiful. The view from the room window is breathtaking, you can see a bit of the river as well. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with some coffee capsules. The bed & pillows are very comfortable! Only 2 suggestions: 1) add more of a sealant to the bottom of the shower door because if you take a shower, the water leaks through under the door and the bathroom floor is wet. It’s not a big issue as it dried up very quickly. 2) add more variety to the breakfast buffet. Compared to other hotels we have stayed at the breakfast was very average and could be improved. Overall, a good stay & a good area. Nearby subway stations, high speed railway station and tram station. Would definitely book a room...

Our room was exceptional—clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained, offering a modern and luxurious atmosphere at a very reasonable price. The location is perfect, especially if you're planning to visit the Party Pier, which is just a short distance away. It’s ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. Stayed 3 nights and honestly i didn't know whether it was the language barrier or the service was really a poor one. Settled the room payment and breakfast during check in yet we were denied to access the bf, and the restaurant's staff didn't even bother help us to sort it out the issue. The breakfast itself was tasty. The other issue was The room, it wasn't cleaned properly when we got in. We found out some left over item from previous guest and to make it worst, the soap dispenser was empty when i was tried to use it. One valueable thing is that The hotel offers chargeable direct shuttle bus services to Hong Kong. Overall it was one of the worst staying experience at urcove...
