The hardware of the hotel is nice but old. The room is large and pleasant, but some of the furniture is quite old. You are provided with three boxes of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash liquid, but two of them are empty. So, you have to use the disposable ones. However, the conditioner box is full, making you wonder if it was filled a year ago. You cannot control the air conditioner for cool or warm air. The TV still receives analog signals (in the year 2023), and it is hard to determine if the people shown on the TV are gentlemen or ladies due to the weak and blurry picture. The most disappointing aspect is the breakfast. Things are cold but they should be hot, and there is a dirty floor with used dishes on every table. The staff should be more proactive. The food is poorly prepared, with sticky and subpar dumplings. It's worth the money but doesn't meet the standards of other Four...
