Mongolian restaurant and Lotus restaurant that are providing ala-cart dining experience that required reservation in advance. Special thanks to Adi (F&B) and Joe (F&B) for assisting us in making reservation of the above restaurants as the reservation required a local phone number to work. You can approach both of them who are very professional and helpful if you do not have a local number like me. The safe environment** where kids could explore freely. A charming sales person, Ms Phoebe is whom you can approach at the boutique for well design club med shirts for souvenirs.

My husband and me picked Guilin Club Med as our first visit to Club Med group and it doesn't disappoint us||Though it was foggy and rainy for most of the time during our stay, we enjoyed every moment here without stepping out of the resort area at all. ||Environment here is amazing with lots of sculptures spreading all over the resort area. We went running around the resort and checked out most of these artworks. Together with the endless mountains and greeneries, we just immersed fully in this beautiful landscape. ||Schedule of activities each day is clearly listed in the resort app. I have tried various activities including advanced biking, hiking, archery, wall climbing, flying trapeze, footgolf, eight-section brocade, oil-tea tasting, night shows etc which are led by G.O, G.E or coaches ||The bar area has a comfortable setting and we enjoyed a lot the cocktails prepared by the bartenders, especially the signature drinks of Guilin ||We had most of the meals in the same restaurant Atelia which is served in buffet style. Though we were staying for five days, the menu kept changing and seldom repetitive. And surprisingly, every day there is an appetizer which is beautifully plated and placed at the entrance of the restaurant which caught my eyeball each time I stepped into Atelia and this was also my looking-forward dish everyday. The freshly made bread is also one of the highlights of Atelia. The grilled meat and hot pot dinner at another restaurant was also great! ||All in all we are more than satisfied with our stay in Club Med Guilin. And what impressed us the most is the crew here. Everyone of the crew, from the receptionist, servers, cleaning ladies, GE, GO, management of village, we met here are very friendly and helpful including (but not limited to) Lim, Mr Lao, Peggy, Sharon, Happy, Abby, Tony, Nina, Nana, Yulia, Loic, Jacky, James, XiaoZhao etc.|All of them go above and beyond to make sure we had a happy stay here. They listened to our opinions and took immediate action for example we found some food wasn't hot enough and right after a while we could see the food was heated up! The interactions with the crew also made us felt welcoming and we are valued and cared for. The smiles from most of the guests here can reflect how we enjoy Club Med Guilin ||We would definitely come back again and would try out other Club Med...
