Special thanks to Miss Novina from the front office! ! After staying for four days, they helped me upgrade my room and provide a late check-out. She was very considerate and considerate of every aspect! ! This is the best accommodation experience. I hope I can meet such a nice lady next time. The other staff are also very friendly. They will say hello to you almost any time they see you (who knows if I am in hell), someone will come to help with your luggage when you get off the bus, and you can communicate with us if you have any needs. The breakfast is quite unique. There are many local specialties to try, and the restaurant staff are also great. They will take the initiative to guide you to find a seat and help you get coffee. It belongs to the Marriott Group like the Ritz-Carlton next door. You can stroll over from the third floor of the Renaissance. The two hotels have completely different styles. The decoration style here at Renaissance is mostly based on wooden lines, which is more suitable for young people. It's a lot more luxurious over there, after all, the price is there hahahahaThe location is a bit too far from the city center (but close to the airport), but taking a taxi is very convenient and orders can be picked up in seconds. There are large outlets and a Shenzhen Duty Free City nearby where you can visit, and there is also a hot spring that is worth a dip. There is also Feng Xiaogang Film Commune nearby. My opinion is that if you like taking pictures, you can check in and stroll around. It is not interesting to just watch. If you want to eat, you can try the farmhouse. The taste is quite good but a bit expensive: Jumanyuan Yangshan Food ParkThe only drawback is that there is no plastic bag in the trash can in the room. There is only a layer of paper at the bottom. It is quite anti-human. I want to throw away the trash but I am afraid of causing trouble to the cleaning staff.I will definitely continue to stay here when I come to Haikou in the future~ (I am exhausted from writing so much, please give me money from...

My party and I thought we would probably be fine and could make do with what was available.||||As time passed, and the group which the venue was catered for began to clear, I noticed that the food items were not being adequately replenished. As we were about to leave at around 730pm, many of the serving pots were pretty much empty and have remained so for some time. It seemed as if there was no intention to replenish the food items and looked as if the restaurant is about to close for the day. ||||If I were a paying customer on this occasion, I would probably be livid. The food spread was poor and the quality was highly questionably, especially for the price. ||||While the manager at that time did try to remedy the situation, it was still an unexpectedly disappointing experience. ||||Compounded by the fact that I had a prior bad experience at the Chinese restaurant in the sister property, the Ritz next door, I’d be hesitant to patronise the...
