Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Binjiang, an IHG Hotel — Hotel in Hangzhou City

Very nice location on the riverside, close to nice park. But far from metro, shopping malls and eateries.

New, modern technology and modernly furbished hotel. Nice rooms, convevient bathrooms.

Very big thanks to Mr. Lorenzo Zhang, who has a very good English an helped us a lot.

Although hotel staff in general has lack of English, do not know well places arround hotel. But they helped in the end to find a taxi and helped us to pay for the taxi ride. One has to have special local mobile app for taxi services.

Visa credid cards from international banks didn't work.

Breakfast tailored mostly for chinese diet, full of pork, non-considerate about non-chinese guests. Tea spoon does not exist in their cutlary.

Special thanks to only one lady, who's name I haven't written down unfortunately. She was friendly, offered a good service. She always brought a real hot boiled water by my request. The hot water on the offer was about 30 degrees only. I wonder how to make tea with teabag...

The poor breakfast and lounge service really made me feel unhappy. I had expected a much better experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations.

For breakfast, the selection was limited, and the food was not as good as I had hoped. The lounge area, which should have been a relaxing space, lacked attention to detail and the service was not up to par.

I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes note of these issues and works towards improving their services. A wider range of fresh and healthy breakfast options would be welcome, as well as a more attentive and professional service in the lounge area.

Improving these aspects of the hotel's services would greatly enhance the guest experience and ensure that future visitors have a more enjoyable stay. It is important for hotels to consistently strive to improve their services in order to meet the needs and expectations of...

Booked 4 rooms for my family and I during our recent trip to Hangzhou, China and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, offering ample space to move around even with our luggage laid flat.

The standout feature of our stay was undoubtedly the view. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was stunning from every room angle, making the experience truly memorable.

The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, and the breakfast spread was decent, with a variety of options to start the day. Additionally, the convenience of having a Starbucks and other stores just 1–2 minutes away by foot was a huge plus.

While I can’t comment on the proximity to subway stations as we had a driver throughout our stay, the overall location felt accessible and well-situated.

All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
