Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Heda — Hotel in Hangzhou City

I recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at the Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Qiantang, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The deluxe suite was spacious and well-equipped with all the essential amenities, and the abundant closet space was a great bonus, especially for my partner to keep her clothes organised. The suite also provided access to the club lounge, which was an excellent perk.

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with two shopping centres and a metro station within walking distance. The area is lively and buzzing with good vibes, making it easy to explore and enjoy Hangzhou.

What truly stood out during our stay was the exceptional service. The staff was unbelievably attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They quickly facilitated a room change when we mentioned an issue with the exhaust fan in the guest toilet and showed flexibility with our laundry requests—even waiving an extra charge as a gesture of goodwill.

The facilities, including the gym and pool, were decent, and the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a great selection of dishes to suit various tastes.

Overall, the stay offered excellent value for money, thanks to the spacious room, prime location, and top-notch service. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Qiantang for anyone...

This is a nice business hotel, we stayed here for three nights and were happy with our stay. If you are planning on being a tourist in Hangzhou I would recommend staying closer to the tourist sites. This hotel is fairly far from West Lake and other attractions. ||||We stayed on the club level, check in was fast and seamless, same with our check out experience. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, after about a day the staff on the club level recognized us and offered us the drink we had selected the previous night (a great touch). ||||The room was a fairly normal size, it was showing wear in places but nothing crazy. It was clean and the house keeping brought us an extra bottle of water each night which was a nice touch. The bed was fairly comfortable, a little harder than I would prefer but it definitely was not terrible and it did not effect our sleep quality. ||||We went to the cafe for the buffet breakfast and there was a good selection. Not the best breakfast we have had but certainly adequate with a wide variety of Western and Asian options. ||||The nightly selection of appetizers on the club level was good, not a huge selection but certainly enough to satisfy us. ||||All in all we would happily stay at this...
