Hilton Hangzhou Xiaoshan — Hotel in Hangzhou City

This is a new hotel. The staff are amazing and work very hard to go above and beyond the call of duty. Jay Du the Chief Concierge was amazing. Jay looked after every detail with a personal touch ... from helping us with DiDi (China’s Uber) transport to getting us safely to/from the night market, to getting us a guide/translator, to coming to the hotel on his day off. It was my wife’s birthday and the hotel staff helped us celebrate the day with a cake, gift, treats from housekeeping and much kindness. The hotel is a bit far from the Hangzhou East station where there are many trips going to other cities. There are no CVS next door. Staff are nice especially Caroline and Nicole who helped me alot during my stay there. I went alone and didnt speak Chinese at all. Room is comfy, big bathtub, good shower and soap.
