Everything was perfect, the best airport hotel that I have ever stayed. Value for money. Hotel is within the terminal, 3min walk to terminal 4 departure, great for early flights. Room was clean and modern. But the organisation of the parcels were very messy. The parcels that were sent to the hotel were always missing. On my arrival, it took multiple reminders over an hour or two before staff took action to find my parcels and I was told that one of my parcels is missing. It took another hour or two before it was found close to 2am on my arrival. On the second occasion, a parcel was sent on the same day as my checking out, yet it also couldn't be found. It took about 40min before it was found which was nerve wrecking as I was rushing for a flight. Staffs gave the reluctant vibe to help find parcel even when they weren't busy with hotel guest, perhaps it's due to the disorganisation of the parcels or lack of manpower. They need to search 3 locations - the luggage storage room, the counter and the storage room downstairs. Also, it will be good if there is service to help bring the luggage or food delivery...

My flight was early and wanted to early as possible as could be, thus I chose to sleep at the Hayatt Place Hotel in Hangzhou Airport. The service rendered from the door portal to the check in counter was superb! The door man was welcoming and assisted me with my luggage. The gentleman at the check in counter “Mr Lurk” was professional, spoke English and could get me through the process of checking in quite quickly. The cleanliness/tidiness and overall aesthetics was on point, classy, environment friendly and presented a relaxing ambiance! The entrance was inviting and assists was 100% full on. The room was heated immediately once I entered the room. The bedding was very clean and including the bathroom as well. There were no carpet stains nor clogged and chloride stains in the bathroom. It was top notch clean! Well done on it. The important amenities were in place and accessible. I am very impressed by the overall design and relaxing environment of the hotel in general. Thank you!
