The Amber House — Hotel in Hangzhou City

Wow. What a place to be at! Loved each and every bit of my stay here in Hangzhou. This hotel is called Anpu in the local language. My room was fantastic as it had a riverside view. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was full of amenities, the TV had lots and lots of content for watching (yes in English as well). The hotel was definitely a five star hotel and the cherry on top was that it had been built recently and everything was in perfect condition. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were flawlessly polite and helpful, and the majority spoke English well. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the room was spectacular. Everything was spotless, and the bath and shower was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the panoramic windows was great. It's a little bit out of the way from the bustle of the city, but it was nice to stay somewhere quieter. Staff didn’t speak English. Welcome amenity - fruits didn’t delivered to my room, but was been included in my package. No one reply on my emails. Housekeeping ring the bell and knock the door even the room is under do not disturb light. Breakfast is ok, many choices but cheese and meat plate is so small, especially how they cut cheese.
