Highlight:

Good cost performance. Not so expensive but good service.

Hotel Staff(Manager) understand English and western culture and I feel improved everything from last visit.

Breakfast service is higher than average in Hefei.

Bathroom, Restroom are good, some higher floor have Washlet(bidet), it’s mandatory item in particular Japanese people.

Concierge is easy way to get some taxi. Good service.

Currency exchange is not so bad. Almost same price in Hefei city bank and better than airport.

Room is very convenient. Big desk and good chair. Light brightness is also enough.

Pool and gym are good.

Room service, most of food are good. Pasta is one of the best choice. Other Chinese food are huge... only 1 person, you cant finish, maybe.

Lowlight

Far from Central Hefei city. But most of biz person have hired car, not big problem. Taxi is also cheap.

Some north west area room are little bit noisy due to train path through near this hotel... I recommend south east area.

Most of room soundproofing is not enough, door quality?

Crowne Plaza Club Lounge service is poor, food and dessert are common in lunch and dinner menu..

Laundry service is expensive. For T-shirts and under wear case, buy new one is more cheap. No need to wrapping service. Just wash and clean it and to be more cheaper.

Elevator is not so smart…From 25 to grand floor in busy morning, takes 3 minutes or more…

For IHG member, how about the in room check-in service? I don’t want to wait at noisy...

We stayed overnight in the Crowne Plaza Hefei. The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated and managed by a professional, well versed staff.||||Location- ideally situated in the heart of Hefei. It is within walking distance of several popular Hefei shopping districts including Shushan and Yaohai. You will find a wide array of eateries, coffee bars, and retail shopping within a 10 minute walk. ||||Rooms- rooms were very clean, modern and large. Many also boast a nice view of the city. Bathrooms were modern and updated and including hairdryers, toiletries, mirrors, scales, bathtubs, showers and more. There were also snacks, a fridge, coffee makers, TV, workstation, charging station, and plenty of chairs to sit in. ||||Staff- Check in staff was very friendly, and efficient. They spoke English proficiently and handles all issues quickly. ||||Amenities- features a full gym, indoor pool, large lobby and waiting area, restaurant and much more. ||||Breakfast- breakfast provided was incredible. It featured probably over 200 different items including Western, Eastern, Japanese, French, American fare and more. You could virtually find anything and everything in this breakfast buffet. It also included a made to order noodle bar, various coffee stations, pastry stations, hot food stations and much more.
