Super duper grateful slash thankful to all the amazing staff members that made this less than ordinary day into something extraordinary!!!! No doubt that my family agrees with me especially due to the fact that they ain’t got no choice but to admit the truth! The perfect place to get away from the reality that happens to be a rat race we live in in our everyday lives!!!! Nushan is the definition of the term ‘Warm Welcome’ just when I thought that it was amazing there comes these fine young gentleman Rumesh & Sameera. Who turned this paradise into a second home for me!!!!! And I couldn’t for more!!!! I only expected a fairy floss out of this but here they setup a whole Carnival for me. And Superstar Staff members like these need to be treasured and Promoted to the Maximum Level Possible cause they are ready assets to wherever their future lies. And I wish them all the very best with everything in life! Cause that’s exactly what they deserve!!!! Extremely disappointed. We stayed in 2 villas where we discovered the pool was not heated and the "hot spring" was a bath 1.5m x 1.5m. The kitchen looks good until you realise the hob is fake and the microwave is missing. Food. The restaurant had closed at 10pm and had to order from outside the complex to eat anything and breakfast buffet had nothing to eat. We needed a engineer to come out as the hot water run out and the heating was off. After continuous complaining we final got someone an hour later. Fortunately there was a group of 14 of us and we had enough beer and wine and snacks to.make fun of the evening. But can honestly say we will not ever return. Glad we only decided to stay 2 days.
