To Whom this May Conercen, ||||Date: May 6, 2019||Time: 5:30pm to 9:00pm ||Location: Ramada Huizhou South ||Address: No. 232 Daya Bay Avenue Daya Bay District, Huizhou, 516083||Dinner Buffet ||||Went there with 2 other friends. And this I time the buffet has let me down a lot. ||Lets start with the food. ||Cold crab legs had string of hairs on the legs. Manager said it was the black nets that was used to catch the crabs. But to me and other guest there all saw that I was hair “curly hair” I didn’t get a chance to take a picture because the manager took the hair off the crab rite away. That is not acceptable. Very disgusting ||Lamb leg and beef was so over cooked that it was impossible to bit into it. All beef and lamb leg was cut into small piece and left there for guest to get on their own. Just like a plate of rubbish under a heat light. Very bad service. ||Buffet food area was very dirty. No staff ever clean or looked after anything. Some dishes didn’t even have a utensil to get the food. ||Restaurant was really hot and stuffy. Asked the manager if she can turn on the ac and she said she can’t do anything about it because its controlled by the hotel. She said she will call the maintenance department and ask them to turn it on. But nothing was ever don’t. All she did was brush me off like my request was nothing. ||Asked the manager if she can put utensils out for me to get the food and she told me I can go get other utensils from other dishes to get the food I want. That is so disgusting. Its like using a chopstick to get sushi and then use it to get pizza. That is just lack of service from the manager. ||How are you suppose to pick up cheese with a knife? || ||How are we supposed to use a spoon to get this? || ||The Very bad service manager that didn’t do anything but stand there and talk. Asked her many times regarding AC, FOOD problem, Utensils and many many more. Never came back with a reply nor action to solve any complaints we had. ||All manager just brushes off customers request and stands there talking to each other. I have many pictures to prove it.|| ||||Dishes and food was never taken care of. It was like a mess out there when trying to get good. || || ||This was a very very disappointment for me. I will never return back to this hotel nor its buffet. The managers customer service was horrible. I thought that being a world wide hotel that service and amenities will be up to standards. Read moreThis is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, even if the layout is slightly unusual. The bed in my room was enormous. The biggest I've ever slept in. The balcony overlooked the lake outside. The doors to the balcony were locked, but I only had to ask and then they were unlocked.|Breakfast was very good with a wide range of things to choose from.|The surrounding hotel grounds are very well maintained and the gentle buzz of cicada beetles in the trees all the time makes it feel very tranquil.|There is a shopping plaza only 10 minutes walk away with a good selection of restaurants.|I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks and loved it and would be very happy to stay there again in future.
