Rongle Hotel — Hotel in Jinhua

Hotel offers good value for money, and is exactly what its rates imply.

The location is fantastic, right next to Zone 3 of the International Trade Mart aka Trade City. Plenty of halal and non-halal food options around it, and convenience stores or small supermarkets everywhere.

Rooms are small and in need of renovation, but everything is functional. All the lights are dim but they work, the bed is hard but clean, the shower and taps provide hot and cold water but the "drinking water" tap uses the exact same pipe as the regular tap, the carpet is worn but still whole, every room is really a smoking room so your room gets the smoky smell if your neighbour smokes, the window helps reduce noise and cold but needs to be kept open to let the cigarette smell out, the heater works but the grill is loose, the walls are thin but you should be out most of the time anyway.

Housekeeping is there daily but they don't seem to change the sheets and covers, nor do they clean the carpet very well. Fortunately, there are also no insects at all in the room. The daily breakfast spread is the typical Chinese hotel spread, filled with stir-fried vegetables, fried noodles, porridge and buns; the items closest to Western cuisine are the sliced bread and jam and margarine.

Finally, the coffee is not free; only the tea leaves are and the can containing the leaves is labelled with a warning telling guests it costs 10 yuan.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. It's located near the Yiwu International Trade City district 3; about 10mins walk. ||The room was not big but clean & bed was comfortable. Only negative feedback was the carpet was worn out & not clean. So I have to wear my own disposable slipper.||Breakfast quality & quantity was average as they served the same kind of foods everyday. After third days, I was sickened of the food already.||Since this is a 3 star hotel and the room rates are reasonable; I paid RMB150 included breakfast; cannot expect a 5 star hotel services tho as you get what you paid for. ||Due to it location to District 3 of the Yiwu International Trade City; district that I went. I would stay here again in future. ||But if you go to different district; you may want to check the distance from the hotel before you book...

Just across the road from District 3, great location. There is even a overhead bridge||||Hotel itself is very worn, everything is OLD. ||||Breakfast was mainly local fare.
