Yiwu International Mansion — Hotel in Jinhua

The hotel is in a very good location and everything is very nearby, easy to travel everywhere and breakfast is also very good, only the bad things is their service.i have kept my room key in the room because the mobile battery was very very low so I kept the same for charging and when I went to the international national market and come back to the room in the house keeping service were removed my card and taken away.i went to the reception and explained to the lady but she told me that she hasn't any responsibility for the same and she will give another card and will be accountable.i made the argument with her, later that the manager came and said that he would check with the house keeping tomorrow and will get back touch with us for the following matter.however I have one more day ( one night) stay which I booked directly with the hotel and waiting what actions are they are going to do for the same.i haven't any other issues with the hotel for my 5 nights booking through trip.com except the one I mentioned.the hotel is good and location is good but I'm not satisfied with their service.if they properly handled the matter with the same I will write the progress in my another...

The Good||- Many restaurants around||- Starbucks at the Lobby||- They change room for you if you can't take the smell. But as all rooms are smoking room, I find that changing rooms just help a little. ||- Breakfast has good selection.||- Staff is friendly and they try to help. ||- Front desk English is decent. ||- Have to scan the card before the lift can go up to the rooms, so thumbs up for security. ||- For breakfast, just scan the room key and no need coupon or tell room number. Good use of room key. ||||The Bad||- All the rooms are Smoking Room, they provide an air purifier to minimize the smell. If you can't take the smell, stay away. ||- The air purifier is limited, so checking in early or request during booking will help to secure your unit.||||The Ugly||- The room looks dated and maintenance is...

We r a group of 5 ppl who came here for business. Though the chk in was relatively smooth but as we had reached very late at night and wanted to have our own dinner, we asked for empty plates. We were given 2 when we asked for 4 saying that when there are 2 ppl in the room we can have only 2 plates 😳😳. Next day (today) the room is cleaned and the used plates are left as it is in the room for reasons best known to them. Maybe the translucent (well almost transparent) washroom walls and door will suit honeymooners but Yiwu is more of a business place. So donno why these ppl chose to have it this way.
