Diamond members are not treated well in terms of food and beverage at this property. We have stayed in 15 Hiltons across China. 1) There was no fruit plate upon arrival. Although this is not a guaranteed benefit, literally every other Hilton has provided this. 2) The breakfast at this property is comparable to or even subpar to a Garden Inn breakfast. There are no rich ingredients like nuts or specialty fruit and the pastries are pre-frozen. 3) We were denied our Executive Lounge benefit. The Executive Lounge was open with food and drinks, but we were asked to pay 198 RMB per person to access it. This wasn't a mistake. The food and beverage manager denied us entry.
