A beautiful property. Nice room. Was upgraded to a room with view of the Dong Feng Yun Theme Park. Thank you. Sprite from the Bell Desk was helpful with the arrangement of buggy transportation within the hotel. Some miscommunications on payment. Staff at reception did not respond promptly. Thus causing lots of tension on check out. This should not have happened at a five star property. Any issues on room payment should be resolved upon check in. Henry from the hotel communicating me afterwards. He is definitely more professional. Thank you. ||The restaurants in the hotel are good. Especially the Chinese restaurant. Delicious food and fast serving. Ella (I hope I got her name correct. Anyway she was on duty at 1pm - 2pm on 25th March) did well. She is patient and friendly throughout even when some guests were rushing her at some point. |The service in the western restaurant was slow. Food was above average. Server was polite as expected. ||Only one therapist in the spa. Making it difficult to book for a group. She accommodated me by coming to work early. Thank you. ||Overall a good stay.
