What amazed me the most about her was her willingness to assist me as soon as I entered Shangri-La Nanchang. She is highly responsible in handling our requests and proactively strives to fulfil them by providing us with a room overseeing a great view with well-organized amenities. She went the extra mile to check the room's condition, solicited detailed feedback, and made every effort to promptly improve the situation.||Ms. Jane Zhang, the lounge executive, exhibits great passion for her work in the lounge. She is proactive and responsive to guests' needs and excels active listening to all requests. Her excellent leadership skills are evident as she patiently coaches her junior staff. With her unique and genuine manner, she maintains a warm interaction with her guests.||Ms. Sherry Xu, the lounge executive is candid with her service and prepares evening cocktails with great skills and passion. She shows willingness to serve and is very approachable yet agile in up-keeping the lounge to its perfect condition.||Mr. Carl from concierge is kind enough to find the best Nanchang Gan cuisine for us. He is really so resourceful to give us many restaurants to choose from. He is always willing to provide us with targeted solutions for our travel needs, especially food and sightseeing. Read moreI was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. The room was as expected, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, just as I am used to from Shangri-La.|Hotel services, however, may be good only for Chinese visitors.
