The rooms in the Wanda Realm are very nice with all the expected amenities you would expect. My favorite feature of this hotel is the play room in the restaurant area. If you want to eat a meal, but your kid won't sit still, you can let him/her play in the kids area, which has a fun ball area, a little carousel, and numerous slides. And you can get a table where you can watch the area without difficulty. They also have a couple of sand box tables for the kids and my son spent about an hour at it. The only downside at the hotel was the room temperature. Even though maintenance came out to look at the thermostat, we were never able to get the AC to work. My only problem was that I took a little time to figure out the air conditioner, so slept badly the first night in a roaring 25 degrees, but once sorted...
Read moreThe service is impeccable, the buffet breakfast and dinner is above average. The only issue was the broken climate control. The rooms were stuffy and needed to request for the windows to be opened. As of this writing, stayed at the hotel in March. The rooms were relatively clean, but in need of a proper deep clean and polishing. The location is great and right across from the wanda mall. Lots of food choices. Highly recommended though if that climate control is not fixed soon, summer would be terrible...
