Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay — Hotel in Ningbo

We were there for 2 nights over Christmas. The good: The rooms were really nice, and comfy and had a stunning view, the Christmas dinner was just like back home. We were very impressed by the Christmas dinner. The not so good: The rooms were extremely hot, all rooms has central heating, I had to open the doors in the middle of the night, and sat in the hallway, and wanted to sleep on the floor in the hallway, because the rooms were too hot, and it felt like I couldn't breath. The service was good, both gentlemen at reception tried to help us. The next night, they moved us to another room, but it was also too hot, the 3rd room was much better. I suggest the hotel upgrade to individual aircons where guests could control their own...

Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night.We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel.
