So this year I stayed here 2 times already, all together 13 times, next week will be my next.|I‘m coming here because it’s close to my company, the area is great for running and because it’s the only Accor hotel I can choose. I make the most of my loyalty nights here.||But that’s all, the hotel is not good in hospitality to Accor members. First, it is not keeping the Accor promise that says that prices on Accor website are the cheapest. Last times went with my colleague, he booked via Ctrip and received a price 30% cheaper than my member price.||Furthermore, when booking with Accor webpage, they will not have all the data available, esp. they will not even know that you are Accor member, as this important data is not copied in their system. Including all the comments you make in the booking.||Platinum privileges are: room upgrade (done when you arrive, as they only know your membership status when you tell them), drink voucher, and a complimentary fruit/macarons plate. Also for every night the hotel puts a little present on your bed, like a cell phone holder.||All in all it’s a comfortable stay with some frustration at check-in, but the worst experience I have almost every check out, as the staff is trained to cheat on holders of foreign credit cards. I wrote this already in my review of last year, but until now i still have to complain this again and again.||When paying with foreign credit card, there is an option to choose if you want to pay in local currency or your credit card currency. But they will not even ask but directly choose your own currency on the terminal. This should be your own choice, as paying in your own currency means the hotel will get 3% mark up. So always always choose local currency when paying with your credit card. If on the credit card slip you find the amount in CNY AND in your credit card currency, that means you paid the mark up. Read moreThe best thing about the hotel is convenient rides to and from the airport. But the airport is moving in a couple months so I don't know what they would do. Breakfast was average and coffee was terrible. The gym was basically non existent. No water, no towels, no weight machines, or really any weights for that matter. Read more一、【青岛丨紫玥铂尔曼酒店】|第三次来青岛,前两次是来旅游,但这次出差只是中转几小时,选择了在常旅客中口碑不佳的紫玥铂尔曼试试,想想即使再不济,好歹也是国际五星,总比X季、X朵档次高。雅高这几年似乎酷爱伴飞机,青岛分号开业于2015年,和南京机场那家是同一年。| |二、【抵达丨交通和入住】|福州飞青岛航班还不少,下班去机场都还有几个选择,最合算是红眼的青岛航,含税360元拿下空中商务舱。凌晨抵达流亭机场,下一次或许就要改飞胶东了。紫玥铂尔曼提供24小时接机服务,需提前致电前台告知航班号,落地后司机电话就过来了,别克商务礼宾车,4分钟就到酒店,真够近的,第二天送机是每小时一班。| |凌晨抵达,已没有门童服务,第二天观察了下还是有这个岗位,偶尔也会协助乘客开开车门。酒店外观是矮壮型,整体缺乏设计感,乡土气息浓。背后还有个一样的紫玥公寓,看了OTA房价才130元起,刷了评论客人对房间不满意,经理还怂说公寓和铂尔曼床什么的都一样,一张一万多,真是高级黑了。||前台小妹半夜精神还是很好,服务上很是好客山东,没把你当客人也没把你当外人,直爽的很。雅高白板升级只能听天由命,想着这么晚到店说不定有机会,但这个妹子已提前准备好五六张房卡, CI速度差不多等于中国男足开场被破门的时间,一分钟就办好了一切手续。||晚上没留意,第二天醒来看到到满大厅古董和毛主席像时(旁边还摆了龙椅...)已无法对业主品味进行任何妥协。其实比起建筑设计的小镇风,室内设计至少在公区有万达嘉华档次,可这些古玩实在是太多了,多到要准备商店和艺术馆。||还是看看房间吧,3部电梯通往333间客房,好在楼层最高只有9层,也不会等太久。| |三、【客房丨市景大床房】|客房分布在3-9F,有经典市景房、高级市景房、豪华河景房、行政市景房、行政河景房、经典套房、豪华市景套房、豪华河景套房和行政套房等,面积28平起跳,我住的这间是就是经典市景乞丐房。||即使是乞丐也是有尊严的,但步入紫玥铂尔曼客房我感觉到了一个国际五星品牌尊严的丧失,主要是体现在软装硬装上,拿雅高自家来PK,也就是美居和诺富特上下,感觉还不如X季和X朵...唯一下了本钱的可能就是那张床了,还相对舒适。随便写了几句发到网上,评论里对这家铂尔曼吐槽一边倒,还有网友说参与过这个酒店装修工程,并不是按照五星级标准采买的,还给我发来了招标公告链接,看了下确实写着建设四星级酒店...||卫浴五金备品低配也就算了,酒店宣传片像是手机版的强行放大到电视上,还有垂头丧气的窗帘,没有叠好的浴巾,原本可以做好的细节也都放弃治疗。看到客房DM,说入住期间不额外要求整理的话每天可以送两瓶软饮,打电话试试,结果送来两瓶矿泉水,还说从来没有给客人送过软饮,看着怯生生的淳朴笑容,再看看白纸黑字,你还能拿说什么呢?| |四、【配套丨公共设施】|基本无配套...泳池维护,健身房让人没有锻炼欲望。对了,艺术馆也算配套,只是没开。|...
