Great Village - Great Amenities.

Sanya village is very well maintained.

Room is very spacious with private relaxation pool. The air conditioning system is able to keep with the heat during the day, and the hot water system is functioning well should you need a hot shower.

In general, this village is not too crowded during this period as compared to Club Med in Phuket and Bali. Therefore, you will have more access to enjoy the activities that are offering by this village.

Great Experience from Exceptional GO Team. The PR team, consisted of Ms. Carol Ms Abby and Ms. Marina had been relentlessly and happily answering my children curiosity to know more about this village upon arrival. The warm hospitality demonstrated by both the GOs and the rest of welcoming team has managed to create the feeling of deja-vu, as this was our 4th holiday in different Club Meds.

Indeed, My children’s room are always presented with small amount of candy on their bed, after the housekeeper clean the room daily. The kids are delightful with such arrangement. I shared my compliments on the well maintained facilities and amenities with the maintenance manager, Mr. Guillaume and crew on the well taken amenities. Bravo!!

The mini club manager, Ms. Michelle who had always kept the children entertained in the day, and the Adults in the evening was highly recognized for her energetic appearance.

I would like to thank land sport activities manager and GOs particularly Ms. Cyndie, Mr. Allan Ms. Ronni and Mr. Jared for encouragement given.

I was enjoying water sports daily with highly skilled GO such as Leo, Gary, a lady instructor and the sea sport manager (My apology for not being able to remember your name).

Our family dining experience has been elevated to another level of luxury with the very thoughtful and superb all-around F & B team. I would like to thank wholeheartedly to Mr. Ravi (F&B Manager), Mr. Diana (Restaurant Manager), Mr. Manish (Chef), Mr. Andy (Sus Chef), Ms. Katia and Ms. Forrest (Asst. Restaurant Manager).

Not forgetting also the very sweet GO team from boutique who had managed to convince my wife to have shopping spree in your shop. Special appreciation and gratitude to Ms Suri and Ms Jinny on your patience and friendly sales approach.

Thanks to Mr. Aji (Choreographer) and Mr. Julio (Animation Manager). The show, Miss Sanya was a very good one that I enjoyed a lot.

The GOs from the Deer Bar were continuously keeping me served with wide variety of drinks. Thanks to Mr. Rajiv, Mr. Tohid, Mr. David and Mr. Malauna. Request for Mr. Tohid should you like to try special drinks as he always had ideas.

An extraordinary team will have an extraordinary leader. The great leader is none other than Mr. Zack Lee. He was always visible in the village and is approachable, even though he is a General Manager of a village.

I will not hesitate to visit Club Med Sanya with my family again, and my children started to ask me when are we going back to ClubMed Sanya while I am preparing this review.

I had my family holiday in Club Med Sanya in early December 2018 for 5 days. The accommodation is new and larger, compared to Club Med in Phuket and Bali. The GOs from Public Relation such as Carol, Marina and Abby are very friendly. Cycling around the coastal road plan by the cycling department is a Must-Try. We are overwhelmed by good food and good accompany from the F&B team lead by Mr. Ravi, Mr. Manish, Mr. Andy, Ms. Diana, Ms Katia and Ms. Forrest. Wide range of cocktail and mocktail drinks are served in the Deer Bar. In this bar, there is a microbrewery that produces its own beer. The beer tasted refreshing. This is also a good afternoon and evening hangout venue to enjoy the drink, sun and beach. The bar team, Tohid, Rajiv, Malauna and David will make you feel welcome. There are few GOs who colour up our stay. They are Suji, Michelle, Carol, Fenny, Abby, Jinny and Marina. Also, the daily aquatic workout is a lot of fund particularly Mr. Allan. Mr. Aji, the choreographer and Mr. Julio, the Animation Manager has put together unique shows in the evening that my family really enjoyed. Mr. Zack Lee, the General Manager of this village has done extra miles in his service like having table tennis games with few of the teens. He was tirelessly keeping the kids happy. Our Club Med vacation exceeded our expectations. The resort was recommended by friends, who gave it glowing reviews, but we never imagined it would live up to their effusive praise. But, wow! It absolutely did. The facilities were pristine- the pools, the beach, the buffet- everything looked like a postcard of a tropical vacation. There was an activity for everyone in our family- aqua aerobics for me (led by the amazing Peggy and Ann), a badminton tournament for my husband, and the Mini-Club for my kids, along with additional family activities, like seashell crafts, a kids' evening show, and tie-dye shirt making. The staff were also incredible. The Mini-Club leaders were kind, patient and energetic. The bartenders were helpful, attentive, and made fantastic drinks. The buffet staff consistently made delicious food and were totally understanding when our kids spilled things or we needed another fork because we'd dropped one on the ground (again!). The managers were warm, welcoming and seemed so genuinely concerned that everyone have the vacation of their dreams. Every member of the Club Med staff were beyond helpful!
