Sanyawan Xianjufu Seaview Hotel — Hotel in Sanya City

Needed the use of the business centre, 3 computers but only 1 working Had to wait 10 minutes to access it.. Internet not accessable, Required it urgently.||.Had it been working it would have saved a big problem. Hotel would not accept my Debit card although it was functioning properly. I had to Phone England to confirm this..The toilets in the lobby were absolutely stinking of urine, both the ladies and the gents. That is when I should have realised that I should have moved to another hotel. Had booked a king size suite for 4 nights had to take a twin room for first night. Next morning moved to a suite. I was out all day and evening, on returning to suite after midnight went to shower in bathroom could not breath for the stench of sewage which during the night seeped into the bedroom suite.. Plugged in the extention lead which I was asked to sign for, and it blew all the fuses. The bellboy came to fix this p[roblem and sait that I should not have put water into the steam Iron.!! ||I had to leave the hotel and asked for my money back, at first they refused but when the manageress smelled the stench in the toilet she agreed.. I moved to the Sanya Jingwei Hotel nearby which was perfect. Got a beatiful modernt seaview suite for a little more money. R Valvona....

This is a giant block of 2 high rises right on the seafront. Good things about this hotel are location and price, but there are other things of which prospective lodgers ought to be aware.|Beds are rock hard. I have never slept on a hard bed, not that it particularly bothered me.|Language is a problem, but you soon work things out - just as well you packed your sense of humor!|Cuisine is strictly Chinese. Breakfast for the westerner was probably the worst I've had - even in Germany. If you are Asian, you would consider it fantastic.|I'd probably stay here again, secure in the knowledge that all of the other similarly priced hotels would...

When we entered our room, we could smell a bad stench from the toilet area. So bad that we asked for a room change. Second room was ok. No stench and probably sprayed some air freshener earlier. However, the bathroom door opens n closes with a bad creaking sound. Feels like falling off. The rain shower knob was broken thus not usable.
