I was waken up by the stuff at 11pm at night first by phone call and then by ringing the bell in my door!!! Completely unacceptable. Yes, I checked in earlier and was required to pay (which was not requested upon checkin). But they could have simply ask to pay the early checkin fee when I checked out the day after. I was not trying to avoid paying the early checkin fee. I don’t understand why would they wake me up in 11pm at night when I checked in at 2 am the same morning. Clearly I am tired and need to catch up on my sleep. The exact opposite of what a hotel should offer a customer - a great place to rest and refresh. I am absolutely disappointed with the service I received by Marriott and as a new member who was looking forward to many night staying at one of the worldwide hotels, I am very unlikely to stay with you guys again. Read moreVery good hotel on one of the outskirts of Shanghai. From here, it is approximately 45 minutes by car to the city centre of Shanghai. The room I had was modern equipped, large and spacious as well as very clean. A safe is available in the room. A modern gym is available for zhe guests on the 22nd floor. A bottleneck is the elevator in this quite tall building. Especially in the morning to the checkout and breakfast times in took quite some time to get up and down. In the breakfast areas food supply area, the floor was often very greasy and consequently slippery. I announced to the service team that, however, did not clean the floor during my presence time. Read more八月初去住了這家新開的酒店,遇到一堆要改進的事情,回來之後寄了很長的改進事項給萬豪客服信箱,但也只是收到一個感謝信,也沒有一點誠意的點數補償,只說下次入住會讓我住行政套房,但我是白金的身份,大多入住就是行政套房了,感覺真是不好~||||這次同事選了這家新開的飯店住宿,並不是因為便宜,而是因為離我們上班的地方比較近,我們之前大多住在 雅居樂萬豪 or 世茂皇家艾美酒店。但這次的居住體驗讓我覺得這是我住過最糟的萬豪酒店,硬體很新很好,但服務卻完全跟不上。我覺得萬豪的優勢就是在服務,之前住過杭州武林萬怡酒店,雖然硬體沒有很好,但服務讓我感覺很好||||去年九月也住過新開的 西安萬麗酒店,他們的服務卻比較好,所以我覺得是不是新開酒店的問題,你們也不應該責備基層員工,因為他們很多是第一次上班,我覺得有問題的是管理階層,怎麼可以讓這麼多問題存在,難道沒有自己檢查過流程嗎?||||下面列舉我看到需要改進的地方||||1. 第一天下午大概兩點左右入住,前台的人很冷淡的,原本她在看她的螢幕,等到我過去之後才開始招呼我,辦完完入住,也沒有任何被歡迎的感覺||||2. 特地要了酒廊那層的房間,下午兩點就去參觀一下酒廊,看到有熱菜在那邊原本很興奮,一問之下,才知道說菜色是早上十一點開始放著,中間一直加熱,每四個小時換一次,你們覺得一個菜放在那邊加熱了四個小時還好吃嗎?我完全沒胃口。晚上十點去酒廊,依然聽到加熱的聲音...||||3. 酒廊的果汁,沒有放在冰箱,只泡在冰塊裡面,晚上去的時候冰塊整個融化了,飲料也變得很恐怖。||||3. 酒廊並沒有實習生,沒有員工,只有part-time的工讀生,還是計算機專業的,完全沒有一點酒店管理的專業,隔天我到房間才發現房卡無法使用了,要去酒廊更新,他說他沒有權限,只能去前台換,只好再坐電梯下去||||4. 訂了五個掏寶的包裹,需要剪刀拆封,房間沒有剪刀,打電話給服務中心說不能提供剪刀(利器),但在我打電話前,我才剛收到一把水果刀讓我切水果用,結果我說那我要怎麼拆包裹,他說可以讓服務員來我房間幫我拆,結果服務員來就把剪刀拿給我了,我就在打電話去服務中心問為什麼他可以給我,他只說是上面的規定說不能給房客剪刀||||5. 我拆了很多包裹,有一些空盒子,不要的我放在地上,需要留著的我還放在桌上,但隔天就全被收走了。||||6. 吃了一個晚餐,晚餐的冰淇淋超軟,去問服務員冰箱是不是壞了,他說應該吧,已經很多天都這樣了,我問他說你有沒有往上呈報?他說沒有。不知道在搞什麼鬼!||||7. 晚餐點了一個煎魚,先回到座位上,後來服務員拿來給我的時候,是隔著一座牆拿給我的,所以我跟他都要伸手去拿,但應該是他曾經把盤子放在鐵板上的原因,盤子的另一邊是燙著,所以我的手就被燙到了,當下又不能直接放手不接!||||8. 晚餐也點了一個火鍋,後來整個燒焦了...||||9. 早餐入場的時候,門口有一個服務員,看了我一眼,接著繼續低頭處理他的事情,我就自己進去了,結果出來上個廁所,要再進去的時候,這時候同一位服務員又問我房號多少。||||10. 入住第三天,禮賓部打電話給我說他收到我的物品了,我請他們把物品直接送到我房間,對方回應不行,一定要我下來拿。我當天晚上直接去前台取包裹,順便問說為什麼不行,剛好禮賓部那位服務員也在,他說是上司規定的,我同意在沒有經過住客的同意不要主動開房間的門,但我是允許你主動把包裹送到我房間的啊。員工不應該只是聽到主管的規定,應該要主動去了解不同的場合要有不同的做法||||11. 退房的時候,跟前台要了一份電子收據,對方說...
