Remember to book in very advance, even for Platinum members... no enough parking/valet parking. Tour Bus parking is more important than the hotel customer. 1800-2000 is parking rush hour. If you really want to have the parking place, remember to come back to hotel later than 2000 or 2100 even better... You are entitled to only sleep here, not for having your happy hour such 1800-2000 here, as when hotel restaurant serving the dinner, you have NO place to park your car even you stay here. remember to take your own fan with you, even in winter, since the room temperature cannot be adjusted and it's always 27 degree. For sure, if you like summer, you would've loved it here If you are a Gold/Platinum member, remember to check out in the reception. The Club lobby has no invoice paper for printer, thus you cannot have your receipt nor invoice on 26th floor. No swimming pool

Read moreStayed at this hotel for four nights as part of a tour, unfortunately it was poor.||The food was reasonable with a comfortable bed, hallways smelt of smoke (As many did in China). The breakfast was chaotic, people queuing for the toaster, staff had no idea what was going on and you had to stroll around trying the find a table to sit at, many were not cleaned or cleared from the previous guests. On two mornings we decided not to even get breakfast at the hotel as it was just too painful.||The location is 32km from the city centre so minimum 1 hour on the coach or 1 hour on the metro which is around 10 minutes in a cab. Reception staff were pleasant and ordered us a cab via DiDi without issue.||There is a small mall around the corner for a meal of an evening. Drinks in the hotel are expensive, something that was not really seen in the 4 other cities we visited, this appeared to be pure greed.||The hotel served a purpose but if I was travelling solo (Not on an organised tour) I would avoid this hotel at all costs, simple because of the terrible...

Everything in the hotel was up to our expectations, except on the 10 May morning, the housekeeping team failed. However, this is a 4 star review because of your club lounge staff, Ms Mia. She was fabulous and went all way out to assist us with our issue. She treated us with sincerity, staying back after her working hours just to engage in small talks with us. At one point, I left my bag in the club lounge and after 5 mins, I received a call from her, saying I left my bag in the lounge. She told me she remembered me as I had visited the lounge twice. All these gesture shows her sincerity in caring for her guest, and I felt that this is the most important aspect in this industry. Good job to her, and if not for her, this would be a 2...
