Friendly staff and smooth check in, but apologized that we would rate the service 4.5 due to the hotel butler that we met is not really friendly. The hotel butler doesn't accept our wechat request even though he asked us to send him a friend request as can text him if we need helps. Except him, the rest staffs are really helpful and always ready to help. Very appreciated and thank you 杉 for fulfilled our last minute airport transfer (it's FREE) request and our request on return back the parcel. Restaurants, train station and airport nearby, very convenient! Refrigerator is not really working maybe, hope they can check and improve it. Rooms got some humid smell, but still acceptable after spray it with perfume. Cleanliness approved and room very spacious. Xiao Du not really updated, but new tech toilet bowl very good 👍 No washing machine provided but you can ask for laundry service. Free supper buffet (21:30 23:40) and free breakfast buffet (6:00 10:00). Variety of foods are good and very delicious. Parcels can be collected on behalf. Hotel got a parcel storage room but it's quite messy and you need some times to find your parcel, staffs are always there to help! Cleaner very friendly and very aggressive. Stand iron and foot bath bucket (come with a free packet of herbal) can be requested. Free Disneyland transfer 2 ways, can be booked in advance.

Overall, we feel really worth to spend our 3 days 2 nights at this hotel. Will be back again...

This hotel is located next to a mall. Your dinner problems solved, there’s even a Korean BBQ in the hotel though we didn’t try it, but China has the best affordable Korean and Japanese BBQ in Shanghai. For coffee lovers Luckin will be my choice for it cheap and good. No more paying for over price coffee in China 😀it’s convenient for guests going to Disney, Airports and they made sure you’re signed up for free transfer. As we need to catch a early flight before breakfast time, I wished they could have prepared some coffee and snacks takeaway in advance. That said, I think they are one of the few hotels to offer supper, which is a nice touch. The staffs at the reception areas were warm, friendly and helpful. Did I mentioned there’s a Cinema, Starbucks and McDonald’s and HeyTea located next door. So if you are traveling with a teenage girl, wala, problem solved. I also do enjoy a bubble milk tea once a while as it’s a big thing in China. Shanghai is huge, do yourself a favor by planning your stay way in advance. This hotel met my friend and I expectations. From the moment we walked up to the lobby door, we were greeted by a lovely staff, Snoww. She was very helpful with any questions we had each day throughout our stay (one week) The front desk staff were welcoming too and they made our check in process very smooth,likewise the checkout and we got cute keyrings . All the staff members especially the night staff were helpful such as Joe.The meal was good. There was a variety of food each day.
