After reading some of the very negative reviews of this place I was hesitant to stay here, but my company is holding a conference here this week had already booked my room. I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel, the staff, and my room, very accommodating. ||||It's considered a four-star hotel. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if that were an option. The biggest drawback for me is the location. It's located in a somewhat industrial, commercial area. Not close to any shopping, nor are there any scenic walking areas nearby. ||||Yes, the beds are hard, but that's the way most Asian beds are in my experience. I've been traveling to Asia for 15 years and everywhere I've stayed it's the same. Here's how I work around it and it works just fine: use the top comforter as an extra layer of padding and sleep on top of it instead of under it. Ask the staff to bring you another comforter to use as a top cover (inside a duvet). The staff was very agreeable and took care of this request immediately. I had no problem sleeping on the bed and I use a memory foam topper on my bed at home, so I prefer a mattress with some "give". ||||I'm currently staying at the hotel as I write this review. I wouldn't consider this to be a luxury hotel by any stretch but other than location, I have absolutely no complaints...

First immediate impression when I walked into the hotel reception lobby - bright, airy, super clean. Check in was a breeze and the reception staff spoke good English, so language wasn't a problem with me.||||I love my hotel room - modern, clean lines and bright. The 60" TV was great, in glorious HD. The bathroom was bright and spacious with a classy bathtub. The shower cubicle had a rainforest shower from the ceilng and best of all was the water pressure - strong - and the temperature controls - easy to use and I got my hot shower almost immediately. Did I mention the big fluffy bath towels, and the soft and fluffy bedroom slippers? These were most comfortable to use.||||The little downside with the room is the desktop lamp - I wished it could be brighter, but the down lights were bright enough to get some work done.||||The hotel impresses with little fine touches. The tea spoon in my room coffee area felt and looked classy. Like I said the overall cleanliness in my room and the public area is outstanding.||||What's also neat about this hotel is a little mini mart that's located in the hotel. It's next to the restaurant. Room cleanness is okay. Comfortable bed. room interior is okay. Room lighting is with touch system but even though you insert the room key in to the respective slot no light is on in the room until you go in the dark and touch the master switch at the bed.|| No dental and shaving kit. Even ironing service is not available. I wanted to iron my suit to attend to a business meeting on the following morning and requested an iron from room service several times . Their answer was no ironing service in this hotel but I told them my requirement then they told me one iron is there but some one has taken. Even on the following morning I requested but not. ||The breakfast is also not that much of varieties. Nearby, No shopping nothing.
