JW Marriott Shanghai Fengxian — Hotel in Shanghai

This is our family's go-to hotel in Shanghai, and I've stayed at Shanghai's Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, and Grand Hyatt. But as far as hotel service goes, this is by far the best. Everyone is friendly and eager to provide you the best services possible. Whenever our family needed a place to unwind and relax, this would be the place.||I would especially like to highlight Bella, who is probably the most important reason that I would return to JW Fengxian again and again. She would always make sure I get the best room possible and is very attentive to what my family would need and provide them, and many times without us asking! With her taking care of our family I know we are in great hands.||They have great children's facilities and activities for children to do, which makes this hotel a great family vacation hotel.||The food and beverages provided from the lounge is top notch, and breakfast selections are plenty.||Right outside the hotel there's a lake with great walking trails and two museums! One of them is one of the top museums in Shanghai that regularly display amazing artifacts.||Finally, if you are willing to take a further stroke there are more family/children activities park (ants park, around 10 minutes walk). Also there is an ancient village about 20 minutes drive that's worth a look.||All in all, JW Marriott Fengxian is one of the best to stay at to unwind, relax, and enjoy the cosy side...

Our children love this place as it has a Kids Club, play ground, and swimming pool. Also plenty of parks and play grounds around the hotel. We came to have a mini-vacation and we were greeted by Bella at the front desk and we received spectacular service. She conversed with us on reasons we're there and what can she do to make our stay a better one, and she took care of our children and made sure they have a great time staying there. Their lounge is spectacular with great food and drinks as well, and I like to also point out Monica at the lounge made sure we feel at home and comfortable using the lounge, and the children have what they needed.||Between the services of Bella and Monica, we also ordered Room Service and dine at the western restaurant and I have to say they have great steak and burger as well. This is a great hotel for a stay if you're in the mood to enjoy the "country side"...
