I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, as it did not meet the expectations of a true 5-star experience.
The biggest issue was room cleanliness—several areas were clearly neglected. For example: The sliding door gap was filled with thick dust, which became obvious when the door was closed. The chair in the hallway was extremely dusty, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months.
Very Limited Breakfast Options: The selection was extremely smallfor a luxury hotel. Food quality felt cheap and basic, like a simple cafeteria rather than a high-end buffet.

Consierge escorted me to one that's waiting by the hotel lobby.
