Yingyuan Hotel — Hotel in Shanghai

Travelling due to business, I have to stay in this hotel at least twice. And all of the occasions had the same experience. You could smell cigarette smoke even in a non-smoking room. Corridors with light sources on the ceiling are dim. I remember I stayed one time during winter and the room I was in had a not so good conditioning system. I felt one night in my sleep that I could not breathe, and so with no choice have to open the window all night to ventilate. Couldn't complain much to the staff as to limited understanding of English. Nevertheless, it was located good as it is nearby the Robinson's shopping mall and it having a facility for relaxation i.e....

I came here with my mother. I booked 3 nights for two rooms. It is total difficult hotel from the pictures presented. We checked in at night from Airport and it is very dim and quiet in the hotel. Just like an inn or motel. The toilet is not working very well. I check out second day morning. I agree their front desk is nice. They told me I can get two nights refund from Trip.com.The original Yingyuan Hotel is remodeling now. It is going to be Hilton garden Hotel. I believe I have to book Hilton garden...

The lobby is large and airy so when you first arrive it gives you a secure feeling especially if you are new, ie it is a good place.||The room are comfortable with good sleep quality. The rooms were clean though the corridors are narrow. The breakfast is good and they have a japanese restaurant, the area appears to be a business district so...
