I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and my experience was nothing short of wonderful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby immediately gave me a great impression – spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated – and the staff at the reception greeted me with genuine smiles and efficiency, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable. It was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a cozy bed with crisp linens to a well-stocked minibar, a flat-screen TV, and reliable Wi-Fi. The bathroom was another highlight: clean, modern, and fitted with high-quality amenities. One small detail I appreciated was how quiet the room was; I could truly relax without any disturbance from outside noise. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the concierge, went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. They were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local restaurants, or providing extra towels within minutes. The hotel’s location was another big plus. It is conveniently situated close to [city center / tourist attractions / business district], making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time commuting. Despite being centrally located, the hotel still offered a sense of peace and privacy, which I really appreciated after a long day out.Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot dishes and freshly brewed coffee, everything was delicious and well-prepared. I also had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner one evening, and the quality of the food and presentation truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities were equally impressive. The fitness center was well-maintained and equipped with modern machines, and the swimming pool area was clean and relaxing – a perfect spot to unwind. I also noticed the hotel offered a business center and several meeting rooms, which would be ideal for corporate travelers.Overall, my stay at this hotel was outstanding in every way. The combination of comfortable rooms, excellent service, convenient location, and great amenities made my trip unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting [City/Destination], whether for business or leisure. I am already looking forward to staying here again on...
Read moreWe came with our 2 year old son after spending a week in Guangzhou at the Hilton. My husband had some business meetings for 3 days straight so I figured I could stay here with my son and still had things to do.||Location: nicest hotel in the district. The hotel itself is huge and grand. It must had been very nice when it was brand new. Next door to the hotel is a bus station and a brand new mall. Also some local malls surrounding the hotel too. There was a security gate check in and also you needed your room card to access elevator which was nice. The good experiences pretty much ended there. I have never felt so uneasy staying at a place after years and many places we travelled with and without my son. As soon as you stepped outside of the hotel security gate, there were many shady looking people milling around because the bus station was right there. We walked over to the mall and encountered some shady guys taking pictures of my son and straight out stared at him. Now he is a mixed child but he looks like asian. I didn't take my son to go over to the mall unless my husband was with us. The mall itself is new and the top levels had many arcades for the kids to play. Mall had many food options also. ||Services: for an international hotel, this one lacks in warmth and customer service. The lobby check in was fine, they spoke English well. But that ended there. We went to the restaurants, spas... no one can speak a word of English. I mean, we are in another country so I dont expect everybody to know fluent english but English is a universal language and to be called an international hotel I expect at least the basic english from someone. Took my son to the spa because we wanted to swim but was told by the desk service using google translate that the pool was too cold and not suitable for kids. Tried to go to the kid pool area and was told not open until 3pm. Everybody were so "professional" and didn't smile that make them look so unfriendly. ||Breakfast buffet is $20 a person with a decent selection of Eatern and Western food. ||Overall, hotel is nice. Customer service can be improved. We would stay again but only for business meetings in the area....
Read moreExcellent stays - I transited Shenzhen twice this week to and from Singapore and stayed at the Baolilai International both times for one night each time with my family (2 adults, 2 children). Both stays were exceptional. £7 max taxi fare from the airport (unsung Ali Pay) and a 20 min journey. Clean and spacious rooms fully equipped to 5* standard and more, excellent breakfast and most importantly wonderful staff - especially the front of house manager on Saturday 24th May (I didn’t get her name) but she was so kind and welcoming and an absolute credit to the hotel. She was great with the kids and we were all made to feel very welcome. We will be sure to stay here again when we are next passing. Thank you for such an...
