Overall the experience of this hotel was okay, I must say the location is real good as it’s just nearby two shopping malls (前海Hop天地、前海壹方城), lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, extremely convenient. The hotel itself is very stylish and modern, staff members are really young but most of them were lack of smile. The check in time was not good as it was taking way too long, guests crowded up at the front desk, first impression was not so nice. The hotel room was spotless clean, enough moving space with a long sofa by the window side, but there’s no coffee provided in the room which was a bit out of my surprise. But in general, it was a comfortable stay. The only one thing I’m not happy about was at the check out, I was invited to give a review about the hotel, and the staff requested to take photo of my review, but when she saw that I didn’t give all a 5 stars, she asked me to change them back. Does that mean I have to lie about my experience? Can I still believe in all reviews I see from now on? I think management of this hotel have to take this issue seriously, don’t ruin the reputation of this...

This is a very impressive experience as she is not simply doing paper work procedures, but could look into guest’s special needs as well, which made guest feeling warm and unforgettable. I believe 謝小姐 is a great asset to your hotel and has potential to further develop her career in customer service area. Overnight time, a Front Desk Staff 小明 is very helpful too, answered our enquiries in very details. Breakfast food items is good as plenty varieties of food to choose from, however i was disappointed by the food temperature as most of them not hot, not even warm, then I noticed most of the food items were served on the buffet food table without heat burner underneath to keep the food temperature. Even the soup and congee were served in big heating boiling bowl, they were cold indeed. ( I had my breakfast at 11am, hotel breakfast is ended at 12:00). I would recommend the Hotel could look into this area, although i like those breakfast items, food temperature would stop me visiting the...

We stayed there for a couple of nights before we headed to Hong Kong. We had a very positive experience there, clean, efficient and roomy. They even provide night noddle snacks between 10-11pm at the canteen for free! Breakfast was good, the lady in the kitchen was excellent, she does the night noddle snacks as well as breakfast hot food. They know how to make a proper Caffe Latte at the front counter. The big washing machines and dryers are handy. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful.

The location is excellent, 3 mins walk to BaoAn shopping centre - a very modern and super clean shopping centre. Metro Line 5 is only 5 mins walk, Metro Line 1 is under BaoAn shopping centre, about 10 mins walk (need to walk through the shopping centre).
