⭐ A Magical Treehouse Escape – 5 Stars! ⭐Our stay at the Evergreen Resort Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality, and we are thrilled to give this incredible resort a well-deserved 5-star review. A huge thank you to Dai Xiumei, Qu Meng, and Li Jia for their kindness and impeccable service. This resort is truly a hidden natural wonder, nestled in the lush mountains overlooking the Nanshan District of Shenzhen. We stayed in Tree House 603, an enchanting retreat perched atop an ancient tree with breathtaking views, beautifully crafted wooden interiors, a cozy and comfortable bed, hot tea, and a private outdoor deck overlooking the city. It felt like something out of a dream!✨ Unforgettable Experiences:Seamless Check-in: We arrived at 9 PM after traveling from the Philippines, hauling four large suitcases and a stroller. Without hesitation, the amazing 24-hour staff carried our heavy luggage up the mountain steps to our treehouse. Their kindness and efficiency left us in awe.🌿 Nature & Adventure: Our stay included breakfast and access to Qingqing World, a stunning outdoor discovery park filled with natural exhibits, gardens, sculptures, and even a drum show! It was a paradise for our 17-month-old son, who played in the garden, rode a few rides, and soaked in all the magic around him.✨ Dining with a View: Breakfast on the outdoor garden patio was a delight—fresh, delicious, and surrounded by nature.🔹 Unmatched Serenity: It’s hard to put into words just how sacred and peaceful this place is. The moment we stepped onto our treehouse deck, looking over the forest and the city below, we fell in love. Before we knew it, our adventure had come to an end—our little one peacefully napping after a full morning of discovery. As we checked out, we let the front desk know we will absolutely be back. We’re already excited to book another weekend here soon and fully explore all of Qingqing World.🏡 If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind retreat filled with nature, adventure, and exceptional service, Evergreen Resort Hotel is the perfect getaway. ✨🔹 Highly recommended – a must-visit...
Read moreThere are a lot going for this theme park hotel. I could have spent an entire day just photographing the butterflies in the park; or just chill out by the pool. Yet, the negatives just irked me.||||What really ticked me off is the smell of cigarette in our room. Not only did they not have a non smoking rooms; strangely, they have post signs for not allowing smoking in rooms, and when you visit the restaurant, they make patrons snuff out their cigarettes. Yet, they have ashtrays in the room to promote smoking. We had to open the sliding door for half a day before I could breath easier. I woke up the next day with a bit of a sore throat.||||On top of that, in typical Mainland manner, there is a lack care with their staff. I found a comb, a pen, and a pencil that is wrapped up in a ball of dust underneath the cushion blocks that were at the top of the bed. The commode smelled, that was probably from the bad plumbing. The elevator smelled of typical Mainland elevators, it smelled like cigarettes.||||The resort could not get us a cab to head out. In fact, when we arrived, the taxi driver dropped us off at the foot of the hill. Usually, the guards would come and enquire about, and let the taxi up all the way to hotels' entrances. In this case, the guard just kept slacking off. This tells me that most drivers don't wish to go to this resort for some reason. ||||We booked the duplex, bad idea. The bed, or the cloth-on-board, on the loft was too hard, I could not sleep well. Furthermore, the A/C blows out of the bottom of the bed directly downstairs leaving the room rather stuffy. The curtains were too small for the window; you would get a good dose of sunshine bright and early.||||There are probably better choice for the price we paid. The park and the restaurant would be a great place to...
Read moreMy 13 year old daughter and I had such a great time here. My Chinese is very basic and my daughter who speaks way better than I do is too shy to speak Chinese to anyone she doesn't know, so we communicated through Baidu translate and we had no problems. All the staff were lovely and tried their best to accommodate us. We stayed in a tree house. It it was clean and simple and had all the basic neccessities. We stayed in summer and the aircon worked well. It had simple handmade wooden furniture, with crisp white walls with a relaxing bay window, surrounded by trees. It had some quirky details like slanting walls and windows. It was like staying in a Hobbit house but instead of being underground we were up in the trees. This hotel is designed so you can spend the whole time you are here, on the propery. It has a huge park, addmission is includrd in your stay, (map in pics) so children and adults alike, can spend a whole day or weekend doing activites or looking at the different animals and exhibits in the park. The staff in the park were great and helpful.Breakfast was fairly simple. It mainly caters to Chinese but had some western options too. We had 3 styles of eggs, pigs in a blanket, cake, steamed buns, sweet potato, noodles, fruit and some other dishes. Coffee was instant but good enough for me, they also had juice and tea.You can catch a bus which brings you mostly up to the top of the hill where the hotel is or you can take a taxi which...
