She recognised I was here before and did take care all the way from checking in and told me to take a rest while preparing the happy hour supper at lounge, she is very considerate and professional!
When I arrived to the lounge, I met Ms.Nicole, who I met many time few years ago in Shenzhen North Pullman. We did have a great conversation, and as always, she is an expert in the field of lounge services.
My room was upgraded. Comfortable, clean, sleeping quality was great as well. Gym facilities are adequate.
Breakfast could be better if frequency of refilling be improved.
