FX Hotel East Lake Park Shenzhen — Hotel in Shenzhen

Check into the room in the lste afternoon after a hot day touring the Window of the World on foot. It was a big let down that the room's air conditioning unit could not cool the room adequately. It took almost four hours before the room's temperature reach acceptable level. Either the acu was repaired inadequately or it is not rated for the room size. The room is spacious compared to a similarly price Hong Kong hotel. Breakfast is included but nothing specisl. Difficult to communicate with the staff as few of them can speak English. I can't recommend...

A great stay for 4 nights in this hotel. Not much English spoken at reception, but any help you want will be attended to if possible. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds with good facilities. Yep, i will stay again. Just over the road is an excellent shopping mall with all the restaurants you will ever need. Convenience store right...
