Mission Hills Resort has earned a five-star rating from our family of four for its exceptional hospitality and memorable stay. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the hotel's unique charm and the staff's attentive service.||||Situated in the scenic environment of the Mission Hills Golf Club, the resort provides a serene and sophisticated setting ideal for families looking to unwind away from urban life. Our family suite was not only spacious and bright but also offered a delightful view of the golf course. The comfortable beds ensured our children slept well after their active day. The suite's kitchen was a bonus for preparing light meals, with a supermarket conveniently located in the nearby MH Mall. The Wi-Fi was adequate, though accessing certain apps and websites required the use of a personal VPN.||||The resort boasts three restaurants and a bar, offering a variety of cuisines including Chinese, Japanese, and international options. We enjoyed the Omakase set at the Japanese restaurant, while the children relished tempura, curry, and udon noodles—each dish was flavorful and very reasonably priced compared to the prices we are used to in HK. Breakfast, while popular, was manageable with some timing during peak times.||||For family entertainment, the resort offers a swimming pool, a kids' play area with badminton and table tennis, and a gym. My wife enjoyed a relaxing body massage, and we were intrigued by the new Dr. Stretch center. Golf enthusiasts will much appreciate this new addition.||||A complimentary shuttle service is available to the MH Mall, which is a paradise for children with a variety of dining options and fun activities such as skating, bowling, bouncy gym, arcade games and even an indoor horse riding center that was surprisingly clean. Nearby attractions include an aquarium, an indoor skiing and snow center, and go-karting, which we hope to explore on our next visit.||||The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. With many more attractions to discover, we are confident we will return to Mission Hills Resort soon. It is an excellent choice for a...

Read morePool is not heated - there, that's the bad news. The food is good, three or four options right at the hotel. Nice bar in the lobby and the Margaritas were amazing! Spa offers a nice variety of packages for massages or facials. The staff speaks good English and are very helpful. We stayed for two nights on a package that included some activities. The staff helped us find the places using the shuttle bus if it was off site. If you take the metro, use exit A and the shuttle bus comes right there every thirty minutes. The room is very nice, and when we were there it was super quiet. Balcony overlooks a fairway, big bathroom with a bathtub. Whether we were doing activities or relaxing in the room, we were super-happy. Free breakfast, with amazing variety - fruits and western food, and chinese food. Badminton courts, basketball courts, driving range, starbucks, everything you need to relax. We loved it and cannot say enough nice...
