The best of this hotel is it’s service. We can tell that their focus on customer service of how they treat us. The cleanliness is superb too. It’s definitely a hotel that is in our bucket list to return again. They are right at exit B and it is also super convenient to travel. Although it’s a bit far from the city but nearby there are a lot of shops and night markets (as picture) and restaurants. The night markets are definitely a highlight and must visit. It’s only 5 - 8 mins walk from the hotel. Right next to the hotel there’s a 7 eleven. This hotel has kindly upgraded us to a bigger room and also provided free buffet breakfast for our child. Excellent location just right at exit B of 西乡地鐵站。Opposite is the shopping mall 天虹；and only few streets away to night market 鹽田夜市。Reception staff has good hospitality skills and efficient. Since I have WeChat they will contact me by WeChat which I found it as a personalised service. Room was clean, big and comfy. Air con can be tuned to meet our comfy level. Though was cold outside but room was warm. Bed and pillows were all clean and comfy. I like there was kind of magnetic notice board in the room that hotel would post up notice and memo slip and I wrote one for new year wishes as well. Bath room was big shower very spacious as well.
