Positives: ||||Staff - Courteous staff from check-in to check-out. Don't mind giving you more than one room card. ||||Laundry Services - A single public washing machine is available on the ground floor in a room located outside of the main building. Cost to wash one full load of laundry is 10 RMB. Coins are required to use the washing machine, but one can ask the front desk for change. ||||Location - 10- to 15-minute walk from nearest subway station (Zhu Zi Lin), a bit far in my opinion. Area is quite lively, so expect to hear a bit of noise from your bedroom window. Even if you are on the highest floor facing away from the noise disturbances, they're still quite audible. There's a gorgeous park nearby (15 to 25 minutes away) where you can take a scenic stroll with friends or family. A chain of small convenience stores are less than a minute's walk away. You can buy snacks, eat breakfast, or even get a simple haircut (for 25 RMB, though the quality isn't stellar).||||Room - Clean. Good wifi. Nice, hot showers. Good water pressure. Basic amenities are provided. AC unit is provided. It can alternate between hot and cold, which is arguably a rarity in the southern part of China. Although Shenzhen's weather is warm most of the time, it's still a good thing to have anyway.||||Housekeeping - Excellent. If you don't want them to clean your room, politely tell them. If you want your room to be cleaned, place the "Please Clean Room" sign outside your door. ||||Negatives: ||||- Don't accept VISA or Mastercard. Must pay in cash or use a card from a local bank. WeChat is also an acceptable form of payment.||- Need room card to use elevators. ||- Distance from subway station is a bit far. ||- Outdoor noises might bother...
