I would like to especially thank David and Cassie Huang for their professionalism and friendly attitude. Their attention to detail and willingness to help are always impressive. David is a true example of an excellent manager, always finding time for every guest and resolving all issues promptly and with genuine care. Cassie Huang also deserves the highest praise for her attentiveness and dedication to guest care. Employees like them make the hotel unique. The reception staff is always welcoming and professional. They create a hospitable atmosphere from the moment you enter the hotel and do everything to make your stay comfortable and carefree. Efficient check-in, assistance with requests, and willingness to help in any situation — these qualities make Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Airport a place to which one wants to return. The housekeeping team and all the staff maintaining cleanliness also deserve special mention. All the rooms are always impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged to the smallest detail. Cleanliness and order are what truly set this hotel apart from many others. I cannot fail to mention the restaurant "花荟味餐厅", which has become a true highlight of the hotel for me. Every meal here is a culinary journey. Dishes prepared with love and skill bring true pleasure. The restaurant staff is always attentive, friendly, and ready to offer the best service. The cozy atmosphere allows you to forget all your worries and fully enjoy the food. I would book this hotel again! An airport hotel in acceptable layout and condition. Closeness to the airport plays a major role within all criteria. If you have stayed at a couple of Garden Inns or Hamptons in the USA you will definitely prefer the Garden Inn at Shenzhen Airport. The twin bed room for 500 CNY incl. tax is ok, in my view. All is very clean and relatively modern. Room size is moderate, i.e., large enough. The room hasn’t got a separate bathroom: instead, the bassin is in the main room just at the entrance door, whilst toilet and shower are sitting in 2 separate cubicles. A desk, in-room-locker, fridge, coffee machine, large TV, wardrobe, everything is there. Air condition is strong, well adjustable and works quietly. Wireless works stably, and worth to mention lights are outstanding and bright. Door dead bolt is strong and appears trustworthy. Staff even at the front desk don‘t speak English (as experienced so often in China), but they are well versed in using a translator app. Definitely, staff are attentive, customer oriented and supportive. Views from the breakfast restaurant on 20th floor are stunning! You will oversee the whole airport. Breakfast is ok, though I had much better ones in China. Look around, and you will find all you need. There are at least 5 convenience stores and almost 10 restaurants in the closest neighbourhood. We chose a hotel close to the airport because of our late entry into Shenzhen. We were pleasantly surprised by the price we could get on trip.com for a Hilton and especially during a holiday. Taking the subway from the airport to get to the hotel was easy enough getting off at Huaide station. We got upgraded and got a quiet corner room. The room was great, good views of the city king size bed and everything we needed. The hotel is quiet with black out curtains that ensures a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very well presented with both Asian and Western food available and an egg station for your specific requirements. Beautiful views from the 20 th floor and stylish decor. They have a gym that will cover most of what you want for a basic workout, free weights, treadmill, bike and multi functional machine. I'm very impressed with the quality and feel of this hotel.
