Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Guangming — Hotel in Shenzhen

Pre-valentine stay, this was a very last-minute decision to travel to Shenzhen. |Since it is very easy to travel and close to home about 30 minutes away the immigration boarder. So, me and my wife decide to travel for 1 night and 2 days to explore a bit of Shenzhen where we have not explored before. ||Hilton Garden Inn is very nice hotel, and we always enjoy our stay.|This time was bit different as the air-condition in our room was not normal, and we only find out quite late as we are ready for sleep. we call to front desk and inform about the abnormal A/C however no technician on duty. (not cooling) ||In the morning at breakfast there was nothing mostly empty dishes and some wonton noodle. there was no waiter just one chef and no reaction from the chef when ask for an omelet even. (I was surprised) ||At check-out we highlighted the A/C issue and not much reaction from the team member at the front desk. ||Shout out to Housekeeping for the towel art.
