Never be a guest at a new hotel on its opening day—except for this one. This hotel pleasantly surprised me, and I'm glad I made the right choice. The location is excellent, being extremely close to the metro with both up and down escalators, which is particularly significant for older travelers like us.
The hospitality of the entire team created an atmosphere full of warmth and human touch. Mr. Ken Li went above and beyond, greeting our Didi car in the drizzle and helping us into the vehicle. He also promptly responded to my late-night query, guiding us to the hotel through Exit B of the metro station. His dedication to providing exceptional service was truly felt.
Charles Zhou and Xiong Qiuran's initiative to help us into a taxi with our luggage under the glaring sun is still vividly remembered. The friendly and attentive service from Joyce Ouyang, Ivy Zhang, and Kaye Gan, who made every effort to meet our requests to full satisfaction, was equally commendable. Special thanks also go to the impeccable housekeeping service.
The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering new items each day, which is important for long-stay guests. The hotel also provides free washing and drying services, which was invaluable after traveling for a long time under the sun, sweating through every piece of clothing. If the swimming pool had been ready for use, I would say our stay was impeccably perfect and memorable.

2nd stay 6-8 Jan 2025 ( My Husband’s Birthday)
Booking through Business Development Manager Olja Kong, she handled my booking well and provided extra information which I needed.
Celine or Celina (not sure the name) ,the front desk manager, she provides very good customer services, The hotel robot came in to the same lift with us, we felt interested. Celine was in the same lift too then explained how the robot works and its’ duties.
When we checked out on 8 Jan, she said Happy Birthday to my husband and gave us a present on behalf of the hotel. Thank you!

Sopia Jiang, the staff in front desk, she recognised us and address me with smile every time when I approached to front desk.

Read moreI had a night stay at this newly-opened hotel. The location is good, just 100 meters away from Metro station-Zhongshan Park. What shocked me was that the staff quarreled over something in the lobby when I checked in, their behavior showed a bad and not well-trained manner. They are Ron and Bella if I recall their name correctly.
The service in the breakfast restaurant also made me very unpleasant. The lady staff in the noodle stand was unfriendly. She seemed unwilling to do so when I asked for one more noodle. And she was eye-rolling on me when she turned to get the noodles. What's worse, the steamed yam was leftover, it tasted a bit sour.
What made me feel at home was that the housekeeper on the 17th floor, the man with glasses was friendly and greeted me He actively offered me a few bottles of water.
