Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport — Hotel in Shenzhen

My friend and I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt House near the Shenzhen airport. Our room was spacious and new, and the layout was well designed. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. Plus the number of power plugs in the rooms was a nice touch.

I was impressed by the attention to detail, even how staff at breakfast were brushing chairs after breakfast so they were clean for the next guests. Everyone was kind and welcoming.

Even though it is near the airport I never heard the planes outside.

As we left, the General Manager, Julie Tan, and her colleague Helen, were kind enough to come out and talk with us and wish us a pleasant journey ahead.

I would highly recommend this Hyatt House if you're planning a trip via Shenzhen airport!

At this location, there are two Hyatt hotels - Hyatt House and Hyatt Place. The two hotels are adjoined and share the same restaurant area. My Hyatt Place room was comfortable and excellently clean. I am consistently impressed by this Hyatt, which continues to be managed perfectly by Ms Julie Tan and her team. I will continue to return!

The location, by the way, is so conveniently located near the airport. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the airport departure area.

The House was again fantastic. Our room was incredibly clean and spacious. The General Manager, Helen Huang, was so kind and generous to arrange an upgrade for us. The room was amazing, and the Hyatt beds are some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

I was on a transit stay at Hyatt House shenzhen airport before i catch my next morning flight.i must said Hyatt House Shenzhen airport is an ideal location for transit passengers with tight transit flight which literally connected to shenzhen Bao-an airport. My check-in was kind of smooth but i recommend hotel to assign more front office staff especially during peak hours. I encountered long queue behind me. Room is simple and functional as of the brand standard that align with the price. I’d expected more from Hyatt but I guess this is different from their hotels as the room felt more like a service apartment business with its own kitchenette, living, dining and bedroom neatly partitioned by a flipable flatscreen tv wall and bench top that works as a dining table and office (hence the unique office/ kitchen stool chair design). I’d sum the room up as a practical and functional design ideal for corporate guests flying in and out- which is what I was as I stayed only a night.
