Rooms & hotel We had four rooms on the 13th floor. I was in 1136 and 1137, connecting rooms with my parents. (+) luxurious hardwares, stunning views of sea and beach, spacious balcony. Kids friendly. Fun outdoor show at night. Kids playroom great for adults as can just drop kids off. Our kids loved the pools and outdoor playgrounds. There are four restaurants, I preferred Fiamma Italian where we had peace in a nice private room. (-) even at 4:30 pm only 3 of the 4 rooms were ready for check in. Rooms not clean. In one of the toilet rooms I found ashes in the corner (most likely from a cigarette by the previous guest) Every staff that came to our rooms for various purposes, not one person took their shoes off. At Fiamma at lunch, I could order neither cocktail nor a glass of wine. At buffet, the abundant dinner included all your can drink beer and one brand of cheap wine, but zero alternative decent alcohol. Come on?! if we are on holiday we want decent wine, so we ended up ordering a bottle from the bar and had it delivered.

Food & drinks. Fiamma was good. The dinner buffet was just ok.

Rating. 3/5 Hotel is only six months old and has great potential. Cleanliness one of the issues. Hardware and location is good so hopefully hotel can resolve their other...

We had an old friends' get together Mid August at this brand new resort hotel. MGM indeed gave us some awesome surprises upon check in. Manager Bonnie is super professional offering very helpful information for our stay. Check in was smooth n efficient. The hotel is rather remote yet close. (Subway within walking distance.) One drawback is that nearby recreational facilities are still under construction. Having said that, yet , the private beach n restaurants together with activities inside the Hotel are well n good enough to keep us busy. Low floors offer excellent beach n sea views. Don't miss the evening MGM show at 7:45pm. Great for families n young children. Chinese restaurant has delicious n sumptuous meals at reasonable prices. Italian restaurant has fresh salad n tasty pizzas. We had such a memorable 2 days one night vacation there.Big salute n Thank you all the MGM staffs...

The MGM working partner guide us Everything we need via WeChat, including the location and reservation and check in details after we confirmed our trip and schedule.All the working partners they are all nice and full of hospitality.The view from the balcony is amazing and the equipment also cool, the environment and design is also meet the standard of MGMIn a short, will come back...
