The room we stayed in was big and spacious. The bed were comfy and huge. Except breakfast was not great just ok. There wasn’t cold milk for cereals, coffee machine doesn’t taste good more like drinking milk powder than coffee. Beside, we were also asked to pay for extra mineral water during our stay. And there was no kids toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers.Others than that all were good including the services, receptionist were nice to upgrade us to higher floor. It was quiet and nice. Concierge (AliBaBa) were very nice and friendly; checked for our feedback during our stay when we checked out. The hotel and staff are very courteous, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and quiet. Great for business or leisure lodging. NOTE: Should you want to enjoy their delicious breakfast buffet, please call the hotel before you prepay for the buffet. The hotel cancelled the buffet on my arrival, and offered to provide a limited in-room breakfast only. Not the experience of an open buffet…, but the same charge applies. So be careful. High quality room with plenty of spaces. High quality housekeeping service. Respond time is very quick and responsive to customers' special needs. I really appreciate when we need extra towel and different size pillow and housekeeping send us what we need in a very short time. Housekeeping also make up room very quickly and fill up all the necessary items in the room. We enjoyed very much the buffet dinner with high food quality and excellent customer services. We enjoyed the night with other friends who visited us and we all like the food and services very much. The Chinese restaurant at 8/F gave us surprise in providing high quality Cantonese dim sum and excellent customer services from Miss Chen Huixiang, Deputy director of catering and marketing and Mr. David Yam, the catering marketing manager. The front desk was very helpful and allow us for a late check out and Mr. Ali, customer service officer offer us help to book a taxi as there was a very heavy rain and offer us very quick check out service.
