Shenzhen FY Hotel — Hotel in Shenzhen

Unpleasant experience. We booked hotel for family with 2 kids (one is 6 months only). Hotel confirmed but didn't send any notice about construction noise.When we came to the hotel they just announced that it's construction site right near the hotel and noise is from 7.00 to 23.00! No excuses. They just offered us earplugs.Restaurant in the hotel didn't work so we have to walk around to find smth suitable for kids.Air conditioning in room is extremely loud. It's impossible to sleep with even minimum fan. Without aircon it was too hot. Not enough options for breakfast and baby chairs were dirty. I ask a waitress to clean it and she just bring me a towel. It is really not a great hotelBedroom was small, and very suffocating. We were upgraded to a room with washing machine and a kitchen, but it feels more like an apartment not somewhere you can feel relaxed after your days of travel.Asked for a coffee cup at the restaurent and been told they don't offer service as such because this is a buffet, feel I had been educated by the staff while the other stays we had with other hotels all offered coffee take away cup for people who has busy schedule.Good varity of...
