Jiuzhaigou Celebrity Hotel — Hotel in Sichuan

I stayed 2 night in the hotel due to its near to Jiuzaigou centre.

actually the hotel is good. the room is clean n tidy. however the timing when I came was not right. the hotel fully book with tourist.

the nightmare when hotel electric power was black out several times start from midnight until morning. luckily the weather was cold so its still ok to sleep without aircond.

we spent one night here before heading to Jiuzhaigou, the hotel staff quiet rude and not willing if you enquire something. She talk like shouting all the time. Understand that she might tired but as least she should have service mind and do not shouting to us like that. Stayed at this hotel during winter. Service is good from the receptionists and waiters. Room AC is broken, heater will turn off after a while. The hairdryer can only be used once in a while (after one use, need to wait a few minutes to use again). Window was opened when we first came into the room, making the room cold.
