I stayed at this hotel several years ago on a half business half pleasure trip for nearly two weeks. It was at its old location which is now a parking lot next to the property. I thought it was a pretty good hotel at a convenient location with very good service. Not sure why it had to be demolished since the new hotel is built on the lot next to it since the hotel looked relatively well kept to me, but the new building appears to be much larger.||||The staff are friendly and doormen helped with luggage without questions. The check-in process was swift. I was given breakfast vouchers to use at their buffet breakfast which is included in the room rate. The room I booked was an "Executive Suite." It was clean and quite spacious with an electric toilet that is very common in Asia. ||||The included breakfast is fantastic with a wide array of choices ranging from Chinese to Full English. You can request hot dishes to be made to order and it is arguably one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had at a hotel.||||The hotel offers a wide range of dining options and there is a very well decorated cafe/restaurant for simple dining or they can provide private dining chambers for large groups. I tried both the cafe and private dining and can honestly say that the hotel's dining options are some of the finest in the area.||||All in all, this is a great place to stay and I would consider returning...

Read moreThis hotel is a great value for your money. There's a Chinese restaurant and a Japanese restaurant that are in the hotel but have very limited hours. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of Eastern and Western cuisines. The gym was huge for a hotel and had a wide variety of cardio and weight equipment with a great view of downtown Kunshan. I stayed in the deluxe room which was clean and upscale. However, there was no air conditioning, just a weird ventilation system that did not work very well. Also, I had a surprise visitor- a gecko- that decided to crawl onto my neck while I was sitting on the bed watching tv. That would not keep me from staying here and was not indicative of any lack of cleanliness but it was a little surprising given the scale of the hotel. The hotel also offers currency exchange. There are no vending machines so grab snacks before going in for the evening. There are a few drinks in the hotel room fridge that are offered for room billing. Lastly, there are very few staff at this hotel who speak English, so there is a bit of a language barrier. All in all, I would...
