Crowne Plaza Changshu — Hotel in Suzhou City

This is a superb hotel. They will always try their best to communicate effectively with me so that I get the best they can offer. I asked them to change the room, as it had some cigarette smell, and they changed it immediately. They also have a large parking lot, which is very convenient. Needless to mention that it is free of charge.
