The service was great. The staff was very polite and super helpful. The room was so big and comfortable. The bed was so comfy. The ambiance was really relaxing. The view was so amazing at night. The welcome snacks were a cute addition. The fridge was a good idea especially with the hot summer. The bathtub was perfection for one person but would be so nice if two people could hold. The food forbreakfast was great. I loved the variety and the buffet feature was awesome. The location of the hotel is good. It's accessible to a big plaza across the road that has many restaurants and small shops like family mart. It's easily accessible to cars, busses, taxis and if you want metro you can walk further. The pool was so clean and not deep. It also had helpful staff including lifeguards. I'd...
Read moreI stayed in the hotel for 1 night during business trip. Hotel is proud to be 5 stars, but I would really question it. |Rooms are big and if you are lucky to be on the high floor, the view is great. However I ended up in room smelling of cigarettes, despite booking nonsmoking. Receptionist changed my room by downgrading. Not the best solution, but still nice room. |The air conditioning unit takes forever to worm up the room. After 3 hours intensive blowing the temperature went up by 2'C. |However the worst part was light in the wardrobe, which kept switching on and off whole night. |Food in restaurant average, pls do not get any ice cream. No taste, no flavour. |Staff nice and friendly, but one of managers was shouting on receptionists in front of guests.|Overall not a...

This is a very above Chinese property, it’s clean and the staff really tries hard (very limited English spoken). There are a lot of things that are great for Chinese but Americans may not understand. Like putting red trim on linens (everything bleeds to pink). The decor is a typical Chinese idea of grand living (not American). The bed may be the firmest that I have ever stayed on. The breakfast is not western at all (Chinese bacon and eggs are it). This is also a very Chinese neighborhood, I stay here due to location of our factory. Experienced Chinese travelers will not have any...
