Pullman Suzhou Taicang — Hotel in Suzhou City

Dear sirs, i don't understand why you keep your centilized air conditioning system at 24 degrees. Do you realize that its not healthy to sleep at this temperature??!! Human beings need lower temperature for quality sleeping!! Dear guests of Pullman, if you are like me don't want to have 24 degrees with no possibility to get the temperature at least a bit lower, this hotel is not your choice. I had 4 hours of bad sleep due to hot air, then asked for the help of the hotel, and maximum they could do is to provide me a fan. So the rest of the night I spent under the fan blowing which is not so comfortable. Also stuff suggested me to open the window, given that the temperature outside is even higher than inside, it didn't look as a good choice....

Huge Hotel complex, with great service and an excellent location. The complete staff is very service oriented and they will do all they can to make your stay a great experience. During my previous trip, one of my online delivery was mistakenly taken by other customer due to lack or management policy. This trip, they returned my delivery as previous package was returned to hotel by other customer (kudos to the customer that returned it).
