Probably the best hotel in the city, this is affordable luxury if staying in Kunshan. I stayed here twice, once with my husband, and returned solo because my first stay was so great. Only a 10 minute walk to Tingling Park which is a lovely place to retreat from the bustle of the city. The staff are very friendly and were great at making sure I got my Didi taxi every morning at the requested time. Not everyone could speak English well, but good enough! To note, the main english speaking Guest Relationships Officer, Adarsh Atul was really kind and accommodating. He even organized a surprise cake for my husband and my anniversary, and decorated our room with flowers! I would recommend this hotel if staying in Kunshan.
